Dr Zheng Qinyue received her PhD degree in management science and Engineering. She is currently working at the School of International Affairs and Public Administration, Ocean University of China. In recent years, she has published papers in SCI and CSSCI journals and published the book in Springer. Her work is funded by the National Social Science Foundation of China and the National Social Science Foundation of Shandong Province.
