Biography:
Prof. Wu completed his postdoctoral research in public administration at Northeastern University (China). He has successively presided over 5 national, provincial and ministerial-level projects such as a general project of the National Social Science Fund and a planning project of the Humanities and Social Sciences Fund of the Ministry of Education and 8 other prefecture-level projects, and participated in 20 projects. In recent years, Prof. Wu has published more than 80 academic papers, including more than 30 papers in CSSCI journals such as Public Administration Journal, Public Administration Review, Reform, Economic System Reform, Urban Issues, Intelligence Magazine, etc. Four papers have been reprinted in full texts by the Renmin University of China, and one paper has been reprinted as an abstract in Contemporary China History Studies. Some full-text papers have been reprinted on official websites such as the History of the People’s Republic of China and the Information of the Development Research Center of the State Council. The theoretical propositions such as policy diffusion block, policy diffusion alienation alienation and reversal of policy choices have deepened the research on the localization of policy process theory.
He has established a comprehensive quantitative research and analysis framework for policy literature and a mixed research method combining quantitative and qualitative analysis for social policy analysis, and built a housing realization mechanism with multi-subject supply, multi-channel guarantee, and rental and purchase of agricultural transfer population in the new era. The research findings have won the second prize of the outstanding social science achievements in colleges and universities in Shandong Province and the second and third prizes of the Qingdao Excellent Social Science Achievement Award for six times. Prof. Wu have also served as an expert in the appraisal of the results of the National Social Science Foundation of China, an expert in the communication evaluation letter of the National Social Science Foundation of China, and reviewers for CSSCI journals such as Public Administration Review and Population and Development.
