

摘要:Cultural ecosystem services are the intangible benefits that ecosystems provide to humans, which have farreaching significance for improving human well-being and promoting sustainable development. Compared with other ecosystems, the coastal ecosystem has unique cultural resources shaped by the marine environment. Meanwhile, the scale of tourist flows is large, and economic vitality is closely linked to ecological functions. Therefore, the cultural services are more special and vulnerable. However, coastal cities, as an important type of region, still receive limited attention in existing research. Taking a typical coastal city in China, Qingdao, as a case study, we measure the supply and demand of five cultural service types using the SolVES model and social media data. This method combination compensates for the deficiencies of traditional research in the spatial quantification of CES in coastal areas. The results show that the supply of cultural ecosystem services in Qingdao presents a gradient pattern from the southeast toward the northwest, with demand concentrated in the city center at a high density and expanding outward along the coastline. There is an obvious mismatch between the supply and demand of cultural ecosystem services in Qingdao, resulting in an overall pattern of coastal surplus and inland deficit. The distance to the coastline is the most critical factor affecting the matching of supply and demand of cultural ecosystem services in Qingdao. Our findings can provide insights for coastal urban decisionmaking and spatial planning, promoting balanced and sustainable development of the entire ecosystem.
