曹文振，男，1965年11月生，山东省安丘市人，毕业于山东大学国际政治经济关系学院获法学学士、硕士、博士学位，1988年7月留校任教。2001年8月调入中国海洋大学法学院，历任副教授、教授、副院长。韩国国立首尔大学行政大学院客座教授，美国科尔比大学政府系、东亚系访问学者。

主要研究领域

主要从事国际政治经济与比较制度学（比较宪政、行政、廉政制度）研究。曾经讲授的课程有：《比较制度学》、《比较行政制度》、《比较政治学》（英文）、《当代国外政治思潮》、《秘书学》、《世界经济学》、《发展中国家政治与经济》、《国际经济法学》、《国际法学》、《国际政治学》、《美国政府与政治》、《政治学》、《中国政治体系》等。
