国际事务研究中心

为进一步汇聚国际事务研究人才，加强国际事务研究基础，凝练国际事务科研方向，推动国际化人才培养，成立中国海洋大学国管学院国际事务研究中心。

国际事务研究中心是跨学科、跨部门、开放式的综合性研究机构，中心致力于发挥优势和特色领域优势，夯实国际关系理论研究基础，聚焦国际事务前沿领域，服务国际化人才培养，把国际事务研究中心打造成一个具有全球视野面向、多学科支撑，能够在国际事务领域中具有较强话语能力和国际交往能力的学术科研和人才培养机构。

目前国际事务中心共有研究人员近20人，其中大部分人员都有1年以上的海外学术研究经历。其中繁荣工程教授1人，中美富布赖特研究学者2人，泰山学者青年专家1人。研究人员主要聚焦国际海洋与极地事务、东北亚国家对外关系，以及全球治理基本理论等问题的研究。

Center for International Affairs

As an attempt to bring together scholars in international affairs studies, strengthen the research foundation, refine research directions, and foster the cultivation of globally oriented professionals, the School of International Affairs and Public Administration at Ocean University of China has established the Center for International Affairs.

The center is a comprehensive, interdisciplinary, cross-departmental, and open research institution. The center is committed to leveraging its strengths and distinctive areas of expertise to consolidate the research foundation of the theories of international relations, focus on cutting-edge issues in international affairs, and support international talent training. Its vision is to develop into an academic and educational institution with a global outlook, strong multidisciplinary support, and robust capacity for discourse and engagement in the field of international affairs.

At present, the center has nearly 20 researchers, most of whom have over one year of overseas academic research experience. Among them, there are one professor selected under OUC’s Prosperous Project, two Sino-US Fulbright Research Scholars, and one Taishan Scholar Young Talent. The center’s researchers focus primarily on topics such as international maritime and polar affairs, the foreign relations of Northeast Asian countries, and the fundamental theories of global governance.
